Why buy here

Why agencies buy ACA calls from ACAcalls.com

Pay per call means you pay for a phone call, not for a form fill. The caller is already on the line with your agent, and you only pay when the call meets the rules you set, such as state and call length.

We sell one product: health insurance through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace. Because we do nothing else, every caller, filter and rule on the network is built around ACA plans.

Calls that match your license

Calls are routed by state, so your agents speak with callers they are licensed to help.

Control over every campaign

Set your states, ZIP codes, answer hours and daily caps, then change them any time.

Calls that count

Every call is recorded and tagged with an outcome, so you can see what converts.

Network rules

Traffic you can stand behind

Health insurance calls need clean marketing. These rules apply to every publisher on the network, and traffic that breaks them is paused.

Consent and recording notice

Every caller hears a recording notice and agrees before the call connects to your agent.

No false claims

No "free" insurance, no government branding and no promised savings in any ad.

Licensed agents only

Only agents licensed in the caller's state take our calls.

ACA plans only

No Medicare, short-term or unrelated offers are mixed into ACA campaigns.

State rules

Campaigns follow each state's marketing and calling rules.

Creative review

We check publisher ads and scripts against the rulebook before launch.
